The Desert Room is located directly across the
street from the Horseshu in the Cactus Petes Resort Casino.
The words "downright delicious" describe the comfort foods served here. Breakfast might be eggs Benedict, Farmer's Skillet or buttermilk pancakes - or the classic cowboy breakfast, chicken fried steak and eggs. For lunch, try adobe chicken soup or brick oven lasagna with feisty, fire-roasted marinara sauce. For dinner, there's New York strip steak, Cajun pasta or crispy fried chicken just like they make it back at the ranch. In addition to menu choices for every appetite, the Desert Room also offers a late night menu for those who need a tuna sandwich or a hot fudge cake in the wee small hours.
